Under the guidance of a teacher-mediator, students acquire knowledge about the principles of mediation, skills for mediation in a school environment, resolve exemplary and real-life cases from school life by learning mediation techniques. Formation of a desire to strengthen the desire to achieve dispute resolution while observing the principles of mediation at school, improvement of various meditative techniques, critical thinking, a new look at various moral problems, application of mediation at school in communication between peers, transfer of knowledge and skills from mediation in and outside of school.
