Studying the subjects of drawing, composition, form formation, perspective, anatomy, color science, fine arts - painting and graphic techniques, photography forms basic skills for expression in fine art. Theory and History of Fine Art introduces and expands knowledge of the world's cultural heritage and how it is interpreted today, as well as forms of synthesis between fine art and other types of art.

Application

1. Class - 26 students

2. Mandatory profiling subjects:

  • art;

  • Information Technology.

3. Grading - the sum of the result of the Higher Secondary School in BEL and the result of the Higher Secondary School in MAT, the doubled result of the visual arts ability test and the grades in BEL and in fine arts from the certificate of completed primary education.

  • maximum quantity : 500 t.

Note: Higher Secondary School and Art Aptitude Test results are in points, and Primary Education Certificate grades are equated to points as follows:

Excellent 6 – 50 points

Very good 5 – 39 points

Good 4 – 26 points

Average 3 – 15 points

 

4. Admission after completion of 7th grade for the academic year 2023 / 2024.

Competitive exams:

  • 06/20/2023 - Examination for verification of fine art abilities after 7th grade

Important!

Submitting an application to take the art aptitude test - 22-30.05.2023 (at the school where the student is studying)

 

5. Students to be at their assigned school to take the Art Aptitude Test no later than 8:30 a.m.

  • the exam lasts 5 astronomical hours;

  • the tools and materials for work are provided by the candidate (optional: painting - watercolor, tempera, acrylic paints, colored pencils, pastels; graphic - graphite pencils, felt-tip pens, chalk, charcoal, ink);

  • The 35 x 50 cm drawing sheet is provided by the school.

 

6. The competitive exam is based on the compulsory course content studied in grades 5-7.

The candidate chooses and works on one of the assigned tasks:

  • figurative composition project on the topic of . Performance with painting or graphic materials (optional: painting - watercolor, tempera, acrylic paints, colored pencils, pastels; graphic - graphite pencils, markers, chalk, charcoal, ink). Format of the drawing sheet 35 x 50 cm;

  • project for a decorative composition according to a given theme and color range and (warm, cold, contrasting, pastel). Performance with painting materials (painting - watercolor, tempera, acrylic paints, colored pencils, pastels). Format of the drawing sheet 35 x 50 cm.

 

7. Sample topics:

  • Figural composition: Sport, In the park, Market, Vacation;

  • Decorative composition: Flower garden, Seabed, Sweet delights, Embroidery.
